When making deposits into your account, please ensure that the originating account is registered in your name and located within your country of residence. To verify the authenticity of a SWIFT confirmation, we may require the confirmation to be sent to TrustInvest.ca, confirming the origin of the funds intended for educational purposes. This process helps maintain the security of your transactions. Non-compliance with this policy may result in limitations when attempting to deposit funds via Bank/Wire Transfer.
Withdrawals
In accordance with universally accepted Anti-Money Laundering (AML) rules and regulations, withdrawals must be conducted using the same bank account or credit/debit card that was initially used for depositing funds. Unless otherwise agreed upon, withdrawals from your account must be carried out in the same currency as the original deposit. Additionally, if you choose alternative payment methods for depositing or withdrawing funds, be aware that supplementary fees and constraints may apply. Withdrawals are subject to processing and handling fees, which are deducted from the withdrawn amount. Our comprehensive fee schedule is available on TrustInvest.ca.
While adhering to AML regulations, TrustInvest.ca reserves the right to process withdrawals to a different facility than the one employed for the deposit. For certain withdrawal requests, you may be asked to provide additional documentation. For wire transfers, the minimum withdrawal amount is 50 EUR/GBP.
Non-Deposited Funds
Funds within your account may include agreed-upon or voluntary bonuses, incentives, or other sums not directly deposited by you or gained from educational incentives (“Non-Deposited Funds”). Our company may offer bonuses, which are subject to our Bonus Terms and Conditions Policy. All bonuses are categorized as Non-Deposited Funds.
Submitting a Withdrawal Request

- Note that transfers to third-party accounts will not be processed.

Processing Time and Additional Charges
Upon receiving your withdrawal request, TrustInvest.ca typically processes it within 5 business days. After approval, it may take up to 10 business days for funds to reflect in your credit card or bank account. Note that additional charges imposed by intermediary banks may apply, and these charges are typically passed on by your bank.
Currency
Your account can be maintained in various currencies, including the USDT – US Dollar Tether (“Base Currency”). If you transact in a currency other than your account’s currency, an exchange rate will be applied at our discretion.
Additional Conditions
Please bear in mind that this policy may not cover all scenarios, and additional conditions or requirements could be implemented at any time due to regulatory changes. Payments and Refund Policy
All product sales are final, and fees paid for products and services are non-refundable. Deposits into your account are also considered non-refundable and are provided instantly. In the event that you are not satisfied with our educational platform, you have the option to apply for a refund of your remaining balance. If a bonus was received, you will need to adhere to the bonus T&C. Refund applications will be reviewed by our team within 48 hours. If approved, refunds will be issued in the original payment form.
